311209:counting down to 2010's bday!

its' the final count dowwwwnnnnnn!!!

this is it! the final day of 2009... my lady boss released me from work an hour early to get to the island before the mega jam starts! without reservation, we went on to ingolf for our new year eve dinner... the moment we settled down at our table, the 1st sentense that the waiter spoke to us was "i need the table back at 830pm!".... wow! tat's a diff way of promoting your service!

it was interesting that each table was given a set of party pack for customers to celebrate new year eve... or should we call the bday eve of 2010? since the restaurant only provide the very birthday party packs to celebrate the birth of 2010....

taadaaa... here comes our "last dinner" of 2009....teddie had pork sausages & i have grilled chicken breast salad in mushroom sauce... yum yum...

thank you 2009.... it was a tough year...

does the poster appear to you like a 3D animation cartoon? well... i would say it was a 100% CON JOB! it was a 2D cartoon by disney! That reminds me of my last 2D cartoon that i watched in the cinema was THE LION KING!

teddie & i continue with our xmas movie marathon after sending off ibtz + kerliy at QBM. Funny thing was... we took turn to have short nap during the movie, when i was asleep, teddie was watching, when i got up, teddie took a nap... hahaa... it was our first time napping in the cinema ever! ah well, since i had a free ticket voucher for it, total cost was RM9 for 2... not too bad to find an aircon seats to nap during the day in the mall for 1.5hrs... haha...

Merry Christmas 2009 boys & girls!

It is xmas day! and there are so many good movies showing in the cinema. AGAIN, we decided to catch Sherlock Holmes today after 12hrs at 12pm together with ibtz, as he dropped out from picking up the bride with kerliy.


this is a highly recommended movie to watch to those who love investigating stories... very very interesting & entertaining. Both Robert Downey Jr & Jude Law were great in casting Sherlock Holmes & Dr. John Watson, humour, funny & exciting! Well done gentlemen!

When the moon goes down during christmas...

i was attracted to the blue lightings behind me as it reminded me that my crops @farmville is due to harvest! hhaahhaa..

let's see what will the 2 men chat about under the moonlight....

suddenly! there was an action! & ibtz's face doesnt seemed to believe with teddie's descriptions...

finally... we come in peace in christmas!

241209:christmas eve dinner & mv

look to the left, look to the right...we were hungry & got bored @ kochabe....haha..

1st experience watching midnite show at 11.55pm on christmas eve....very interesting story of 革命 in China which was founded by 孙文 (孙中山), as i never knew the history of how 革命 began. mv ended at 230am, Leon Lai's appearance was such a joke in the movie... it was really a mistake for him to change of rebonding hairstyle in the end.

201209:a very christmas @ pavillion

my 1st visit to pavillion... I love the ambience of the main event area... it was so red, so sparkle, so crowded, so warmth, so family, so lovely... which made us the "kids" being chicky to self shot under the tall xmas tree... haha (thanks to roy & em for the photoshooting tips i learnt from you during last xmas @ orchard road)

the christmas trees are filled with sparkling deco....

the crowd at the long staircase with giant curtains... but wait! there is a PAUL FRANK retail on the 2nd floor! hahaha..... NICESH!

201209:'Yu Watt' noodle soup

darling intro me a shop which sells only fish head noodles for breakfast, i wasnt really having much interest for it but darling insist that i must try since penang has bak kut teh or dim sum, might as well try something penang doesnt have! so i gave it a shot to try and he order "Yu Watt" noodle soup for me, the soup was milk based & it tastes Oh-la-la... with additional of sambal added into the soup, i just keep quiet & enjoy my slurping breakfast on a sunday morning!

191209:creating warmth on a warm season

it was the weekend that we have long planned for darling's 1st house warming at PJ! YAY! The apartment was quite nicely done tho certain area wasnt completed, but still a very cosy & homey place :)

we started preparing the food since 4pm+, perhaps it was the efforts that everyone chipped in, therefore it makes the dinner goes *muackssssss*.... yum yum!

even the emperor lips says "so goooood....." haha...

which also made my dearest 'east palace' so happy... look at joe's satisfaction face...

congrats darling for your 1st home, i hope you feel the warmth from us!

expectation
can one lives without expectation? living without expectation does give a peace of mind, but does having expectation would help to motivate or improve one another?

disappointment
why would one would feel disappointed? well, it is all started from expectation.

once a guru said "expectation reduces joys". it means living without expectation would make one to feel joyful... if so, why would ppl feel disappointed?
