so.. wat's our plan today? To use our discount vouchers from diff places on the very last day before they expire!!!
1st stop: DOME Island plaza
it was hot & we were hungry. as soon as we arrived the plaza, we just wanted to park our car & get down for FOOD!!!! spotted a parking lot, as we were about to move on to DOME, a parking boy came & ask for RM2.50! Without hesitation, i took the car key from zofox & vrooom... i parked at the underground car-park which is shaded & RM1 only. zofox finally used her bday voucher & enjoyed her free latte & claimed a piece of tiramisu... which i think it was not tiramisu... it was a vanilla moose cake!... it didnt really please my tongue...~_~ yet increased my calories of the day.
2nd stop: Gurney Plaza
bought 13 TEEN fiction's books for max (who is 8yr old only... reading TEEN books ~_~) at popular while zofox & teddie went to search books of their interest... while waiting, i began to look around for the "recommendation of the month". I spotted a book with the title "He is just not that into you". I was attracted by the actors & actresses on the book cover, so i picked it up, then i thought "mm... i have never read any motion picture story book before i watch the movie". Then i put it down & checked something else...
*teddie busy unwrapping the design bibles while zofox was looking at jeremy clarkson series & pictures of a duck with gold chain... (The Duck that Won the Lottery).
Then i started loafing around & i spotted another book "marley & me", one of the movies that i intend to watch in cinema... so i flipped thru a few pictures, then i found out it has sad ending cos marley (the dog) died in the end. so i put it back to the rack.
*teddie was still busy unwrapping newer design bibles, this time the popular staff were eyeing on him with a look... mmm....
As i continue to loaf, i found a section that sells Healthy Mind Work-Find Puzzles, so i began flipping & realised i do not know much of the vocab! so i thought, may be this is a good workbook for me to train my mind and also to improve my vacab... so i grabbed 2 of it & waited for zofox & teddie to select their books... & wow, zofox was holding like 5-6 books & teddie was still choosing... so i decided to pick up "He is just not that into you" for a try-to-read kinda practice la...i think my last book that i completed was like... 2002? mmm... and i also get discount yet can claim income tax.

Next stop was Kimgary, as i din have much for lunch, cos i was preparing to eat some free seaweed fries with my voucher of the month... kinda disappointed with it as i think they fried the fries with the same pot of oil which use to fry fish... =(
our last stop to use the last vouchers in hand were haagen dazz. the offer was "Get 500gs upgrade FREE with the price of 1kg cake"! Got the vouchers during xmas, thought it was a good deal. Before we flash our vouchers to the staff, she already promoting "promotion of the month is get free 500gs upgrade with the price of 1kg cake!" without thinking, we did what we intended to do & proceed to the cashier. While we were paying our bill at the cashier, saw a thicker stacks of vouchers with same offer which expires on 30 june. and the cashier encourage us to take as many as we want... wat the... i think this is a new way haagen dazz try to con customer to buy their cakes...anyway, as compare to 2yrs back, i bought the 1kg cake for ed's bday cost RM168, & it is RM144 today! so... dont care la!

we still have 1 more voucher to clear.. which is given by gsc during cny, "buy 2 get 1 free".. still thinking which OLDer movie to watch next... ~_~ i think today's intake of food has sucessfully fail my diet plan.
